They guaranteed delivery of product in writing, however, when product was stopped as a result of their own errors, they would not reship the order.
I have email verification and proof that they guaranteed the delivery of Botox with no customs issues. The items where stopped by customs because Ozay placed Medical Sample as the description, which led to the package being confiscated. They would not reship item.
I gave them a chance to right their wrong, however, they refused and now I am to call my Credit Card company to get my money back.
Do not purchase items from this company as their word does not mean anything. Do not let them promise you anything, as obviously they do not right their own mistakes.
I am willing to give more details to anyone that needs more information about this company.
