PACEF Commodities reviews

I am writing to report of the Fraud action of one of your golden key membership company- PACEF Commodities ( seller of Germany formula milk powder) We get quotation from Mr Sepp Richter of PACEF Commodities and we accept his quotation. We paid USD 3000 to PELCH GROUP through TT payment on Dec 10, 2014 for 35 cartons (210 Tins) of Aptamil milk powders and they got the money successfully. We ask him to send the samples 210 Tins to me as soon as possible in one week. But until today, we get no samples at all. We write to Mr Sepp. Richter about the delivery situation, but get no reply from Dec 15, 2014. We called Mr Sepp on Jan 6, 2014 and he told me he would reply me on next day. But until now, I did not get any information or reply. Thus, we as buyer, have no choice but to report their fraud to you. We�d like: 5) The seller Pelch Group return USD 3000 to us. 6) The seller Pelch Group compensate us of our loss for US1000. 7) You please stop Pelch Group �s Golden Key Membership to avoid this company cheat others. 8) You please stop Pelch Group�s new application of anyother type membership.
