Feedback for Marine stern Drive not delivered

I have tried for more than a Year to make this company send a marine outdrive called Mercruiser Bravo 2X Diesel. First we agreed on 50% transfer when ordered and 50% on deliverance. Shipping costs were included in the price of abt 2400 USD. I paid my share, nothing showed up. I was ordered to pay the rest after a couple of months. I demanded a waybill to confiirm that the drive was delivered to transporter before paying. I received a faked one, paid the rest and still nothing happened. Finally I suggested to arrange the shipment on my account, and the deliverer refused to handle the items to the transporter. Since that, the company do not respond at all. I have reported it to the Police, but for now they have not came up with a sollution. I have been in contact with Alexander Harkins (main contact), Kenneth Benjamin and Sandra Chang. Please help me, I am very disappointed and angry and do not intend to give up until I receive the goods or the criminals have been convicted! I have a long. long range of emails showing the history.
