Comment for taken money not sent goods

Supplier agreed to send goods once bank transfer had been made which I did make and showed them. They then said they would not send the 1 set as agreed and I would now have to buy 5 sets. I said sorry that was not the deal and I said that I wanted a refund instead. Now been over a year with no refund of goods.looking into making this a legal matter now but would prefer trade key to rectify this due to them allowing a supplier with poor credentials to trade through their portal
