Protean Imports, Protean Terrarium Design reviews

I purchased a custom terrarium and was assured that if anything happened to the glass I would be able to get it repaired for the cost of the glass. So I called him up in January and told him I needed to get the bottom piece of glass replaced and he assured me it would be no problem and he would get t fixed in a couple weeks when he had time. Well its May now and he keeps avoiding my calls and not returning messages. When I called him last week from a different cell phone, so he would not recognize it was me, he answered and told me he would be over and we set a time. Needless to say he did not show and he did not even have the consideration to call. I have called and left three messages since and once again he is avoiding. If you value honesty and integrity... Do not purchase from Jason Perillo or his company, he will not be there when you need him!
