QingYang Tianping Machinery Manufactory Co., LTD is located in Yongsheng industrial park, Muzhen town, Chizhou city, Anhui province, Where traffic is convenient since it’s near the beautiful JiuHua Mountain and takes only 2~3 hours to Shanghai or Nanjing. 
 
TianPing, a manufacturer engaged in smelting, casting, machining, mainly produce machinery parts with material of QT400-18/15、450-10、500-7、550-5、600-3 ductile iron and HT200/250/300/350 gray cast iron. 
Our products include engineering forklift parts, weighing sensor parts, bearing housings for overload protection, brake wheel hubs for elevator as well as parts according to customers’ requirements. 
 
Our annual production capacity is about 30000 tons, and annual turnover is RMB 285 million .
We have more than 400 staffs, including 80 technicians. The total area of plants and office buildings is 360,000 square meters.
 
In the past over ten years, TianPing developed quickly. The technical center was established in 2008, having 26 technicians to form a professional and experienced technical department.
 
The company has Mechanical automatic casting, Lost foam foundry and Iron mold coated sand production line, three casting production lines which all have achieved advanced level. In 2010, TianPing took 18 months and invested RMB 8 million to build a new high grade and standard mechanical processing plant. A whole system of  advanced smelting, casting, mechanical processing and packing has been formed, that greatly increase the competition of the products. TianPing is well equipped with many advanced equipments to do the quality control.
 
 
Tianping has won the award of TOP 10 companies of Anhui Casting Enterprises in 2008, also was certified the ISO9001 international quality system certification. The company won “AA” Bank Credit Unit, and has been awarded “The Contract and Trustworthy Enterprises”, ”Excellent Technical Renovation Project”, ”Advanced Company”, ” Contribution Award of Economic Development” for many times.
 
Tianping is innovating and also developing new products constantly. As domestic business sales area is becoming bigger, Tianping plans to enter international market to supply high quality products.
