Remark for Fake Human Hair

The items purchased from this company is not 100% human hair, they are counterfeit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. After testing this item, we discovered that it sheds and burns away after using a straight iron on it. Also it tangles and dreads up after one wash. When I attempted to resolve this matter, their answer was \"Could you sell hair sample in your country in low price? We will give you cost price of hair next order and guarantee the super quality.\" They want me to sell the items, and instead of returning them for a refund they would send my next order at no cost. Why would I want to buy counterfeit items again from the same company?

Feedback for VERY BAD SERVICE

We ordered 50 x 38cm (when folded) double ended extensions but were sent 50 x 23cm extensions instead. When i emailed to advise of the issue I offered to pay for the reposting of the correct sized dreads. They instead told us to resolve it ourselves - this is not good enough and I\\\'ve since emailed them numerous times trying to get a resolution but they will not reply to my email. Including the cost of shipping and extensions we are out of pocket $300 US.
