Dear Madam/ Sir, Hello, After several communications and negotiation finally We have place a order to Qingdao Isally Chemicals Company for supply of SODA ASH LIGHT Purity 99%Min. 25 m. ton ( 1x20\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' FCL) and according to that the company has issued a P.I. (attached) and agreed terms and conditions to make sure supply according to P.I.No. QICCZX1028,Dated: April 26th 2012. After making first payment as advance the company sent a B/L. copy which clearly mentioned products as per our P.I. and as per terms of payment according P.I. we have transferred another payment and company send us all original documents which is totally different from our agreed and ordered materials. And this materials has lower commercial value than the material we ordered. After receiving all the original documents and even (COO make by company his own company letter head) several time try to contact to company (by e-mail/ phone etc.) but every time no response. This is totally FRAUD after taking payment and dispatched the WRONG MATERAILS. Apart from that there are so many other complications with Indian Port Trust & Local Shipping Agent because they are asking to retire the materials and claims about their losses. This company put us in a big trouble and heavy financial loss. Kindly take the necessary action to reimburse our money back and compensate with entire loss. There are so many other file and documents and e-mail history if require send you by e-mail (provide us e-mail address). Awaiting reply.
