Tianma Yarn has 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries: Qingdao Tinama Yarn Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu King Tianma Yarn Co., Ltd., and also set up subsidiaries in Henan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang etc. Tianma was listed in Qingdao Blue Sea Equity Trading Center on June 28th, 2015.
