Dear Sirs, Details below have already been given to your fraud team, but they insist/require the completion of THIS form before action taken ... I/Peter Hunt/NATURE'S WORKSHOP, Australia has been frauded by Pitso Matebesi of RAINBOWSTONES, South Africa in 2 prime ways ... 1) I gave Pitso Matebesi a LARGE oder for 3 stones. Prior to giving order, Pitso guaranteed HIGH quality. When order arrived it was RUBBISH quality, clearly what the mines really wanted to get rid of! This claim can be proven but with more difficulty than claim 2) ... 2) I was invoiced for and paid RAINBOWSTONES U$17,360 over 9 months ago - please see attached both RS invoice and bank TT for payment ... but, in 9 months, NOTHING received from RAINBOWSTONES, except EXCUSES for not sending!
