I am now a managing partner of an established international consulting business/JV partner with financial companies. We have both real buyers and sellers of fuel oil (D2 and JP 54, A-1). We are looking to increase our network of bona fide end buyers and sellers. We do contracts and spot buys. If you are an intermediary and have a provable and verifiable direct relationship with a proven buyer and can prove past performance we will entertain your request, but we will not deal with a chain of intermediaries. For sellers or their representatives we must be able to show past performance, know what is immediately liftable, obtain evidence of seller's actual title holding status, with SGS, q88, etc to present to our buyers. We need proof of your relationship to end seller on company letterhead. We expect buyer friendly procedures, good pricing with a floating discount off platt, and ultimately want buyers and sellers to have reciprocal transparency with each other and respect our relationships as we will respect yours. No broker chains. Intermediaries must be at most one away from end buyer (check writer) or seller (decision maker).
