Company Information

Gold dust : Quality : 22+ carat. Shipment : Seller shall undertake all formal procedures and bear the cost of all local charges including, customs levies, insurance, and VAT and/or withholding taxes imposed by the authorities of the countries of origin necessary for the exportation of precious metals to Buyers designated refinery.

Payment Conditions :
a) Currently : Payment shall be made in US Dollar
b) Buyer shall secure the total value of alluvial gold dust based on the calculation stated herein under a SBLC in favor of the Seller.
c) Delivered quantity of 22+ carat pure gold is confirmed by the refinery.
d) Final assay to be made at and by the refinery and this value will be accepted by both Buyer and Seller.
e) After the amount/weight and the purity are confirmed from the assay, the Buyer acceptance of such shipment of product shall be deemed complete, and followed by the payment according to the assay.
f) Full payment of refined product shall be drawn by swift transfer under the guarantee of the SBLC seventy-two (72) hours at most after refinery has issued the assay report confirming the quality and quantity of gold delivered, and the presentation of the original documents listed below :
1) Original copy of the SBLC
2) Assay report issued by the Buyers refinery confirming the exact quantity and purity.
3) A copy of the sale&purchase contract signed by the Buyer and Seller.
