Following the new policies of Islamic Republic of Iran in making the body of government smaller and privatization of governmental companies, Alumroll Company, one of the most experienced and sophisticated groups of Iran aluminium extrusion industry was put up to auction in 2007.This company in which a wide range of activities like aluminium extrusion die production, billet casting, extrusion, anodizing powder coating and sublimation system are included, is located in the main industrial district of Arak City in the vicinity of famous factories like Iran Aluminium Company (Iralco). After legal administrative procedures in the auction, this company was surrendered to Paradise Aluminium Industries, an industrial complex in aluminium sector which consists of eight production and commercial companies with the names TabandehAluminium, Rangin Ceram, Fargodaz, Kimia GostarErfan, Kimia PoosheshPardis, RavanGodazPardis, Partou Kala Pardis and ModabberTejaratArya and started its activity with the new brand of "SanayeAlomrollNovin company." Regarding the rich experience of Paradise Aluminium Industries in aluminium extrusion industry, a comprehensive program to revamp Alumroll production line was planned. As most of the machinery of this group had been imported from famous European companies, an intense attempt was performed to make all the machines in line and finally, the production started in April 2008 after five years of closure. One of the main principles since the first stages of operation was keeping 100 people of former experienced technical team of Alumroll Company in companion to 200 new employed personnel. By joining Alumroll Company to Paradise Aluminium Industries, the biggest complex of aluminium extrusion industry in Iran got more powerful. This group is now handling around 90% of Iran aluminium distribution and pricing. Right now around 500 people are working directly in the group including one extrusion die shop, 12 extrusion units, three anodizing lines, three powder coating lines and two aluminium billet casting units. In the next pages detailed information of current production activities is presented.
