Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd., established in 1971, started to produce water meter in 1975 (formerly known as Yingtan Water Meter Plant, is an enterprise designated by National Electrical and Mechanical Department to produce water meters). In 1983, it passed through national industrial inspection and obtained production license for industrial products as well as registered trademark “Sanchuan” of water meter products. In 1998, it went through comprehensive restructuring and its property rights had been classified. In addition, its occupancy of water meter products in home market has been in the leading place in the colleague line. In 2004, it started to regroup and at the same year, it launched the listing procedures. After six years of hard work, it was listed in Shenzhen Growth Enterprise Market on March 26, 2010, becoming the first listing company that gives priority business to water meter in Chinese capital market.
The registered capital of the Company is RMB 416,010,000. The Company is mainly engaged in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of water meters, products for irritation works, and application and management system for water corporations. Currently, the Company has six core products: IOT water meter, intellectual card type water meter, direct reading electronic remote transmission water meter, ultrasonic remote transmission water meter, stainless steel water meter and H4000 water meter. The Company, a national high-tech enterprise, has established a postdoctoral workstation and a national enterprise technical center, owned both international and domestic invention patent, utility model patent and appearance patent, total of 95 patents, 28 copyrights of computer software and had the ability to lead and promote the industry technology development.Products have got titles successively as Chinese Famous Brand, National Inspection Exemption, National Customers Satisfied Product, Ministry of Construction Popularizing Product and Water Association Popularizing Product. The registered trade mark “Sanchuan Brand” is the only Chinese Famous Brand cognized by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in domestic water meter industry.
The Company is a managing director unit of China Urban Water Association, China Instruments Manufacturers Association, and vice-secretary-general unit of Water Meter committee in China Metric Association. The Company has established the production bases of Jiangxi Sanchuan and Shandong Sanchuan in domestic market and export production base in Zhejiang Wenling. Meanwhile, the Company has founded Sanchuan Guode IOT Software Company in Hangzhou,Aishui Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. Products cover China Mainland and have been sold to overseas market, such asSoutheast Asia, America and Africa and so on. In 2015, production and sales of water meters in the Company broke through 9 million, which ranked the first at home and the third in the world.
