I have tried several times to contact Mr Lou, he will not reply to my e-mails. We started with our transaction on 01/08/2010 and to date the last comunication from Mr Lou was on 01/18/2010 when he stated he would take care of the mistake. I am reporting TWO companies in this email. 1. Huazhong International Co., Ltd. 2. Shanghai Amazing International Trading Co., Ltd Both companies are on Tradekey and are actively selling. The company I did business with is Huazhong International, but the company that the website www.83shopping.com is NOW associated with is Shanghai Amazing International Trading. 12-26-09 I placed a buy order on Tradekey for 52" flat screen TV. 12-31-09 I received attached offer from Huazhong International, Tony Frank. I was receiving offers from other companies as well, and went back and forth between Bazzar and Huazhong, until a price was agreed upon. This didn't even take a whole day. 12-31-09 I received final invoice (attached) from Huazhong International, Tony Frank. 12-31-09 I sent $390 to Tony Frank via Western Union MTCN number: 1603786063 1-4-10 Tony provided tracking number EE010626390CN. 1-4-10 to 1-8-10 Emailed and called Tony Frank trying to figure out why tracking number was showing "No Information Available" on EMS website. 1-9-10 Tony stated that he would re-ship product and provide new tracking number next day. I confirmed via attached email. We also discussed other products that I was intereted in buying. 1-10-10 to TODAY = Tony hangs up when I call and has not responded to another email. A co-worker/agent of mine in China called Tony and spoke to him, and he gave her a bunch of excuses. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT FACTS: 1. During this entire process, www.83shopping.com was listed as the website for Huazhong International Trading. I went to that website almost daily, and Tony Frank was listed as the owner, and Tony Frank's contact information was on the site. 2. Today I went to the website again. NOW the website states that the owner is James Luo, and has a completely different email address and telephone number. The website also states that the associated company is Shanghai Amazing International Trading. 3. When I do a "who is" for the website www.83shopping.com, it states that the website is owned and operated by Cai Han and the associated email is [email protected]. This person owns over 120 websites at this time. ALL of the websites have the EXACT SAME LAYOUT AS www.83shopping.com. Check out www.pketrade.com, www.kicksforyour.com, and there are many many more. 4. Cai Han, or Tony Frank, or James Luo (whatever his name is), has owned over 1200 websites since 2006. They are online for a couple of months while he/they take orders, then they simply go away. Some of the sites that are no longer online are shoppingday.com, nikepuma.com, voguejoy.com, bjjiari.com..... and the list just goes on and on and on. TRADEKEY'S OWN BULLETIN BOARD IS FULL OF POSTS ABOUT THIS MEMBER AND ALL OF THE DIFFERENT SITES HE'S HAD ON TRADEKEY SPAMMING PEOPLE!!!! IN CONCLUSION: www.83shopping.com was listed on all contact information during the entire transaction process. During the transaction, when I went to www.83shopping.com, the contact information was listed as Tony Frank, [email protected] and [email protected]. The company information was listed as Huazhong International Co., Ltd.. Now when I go to the site the contact is [email protected] and [email protected]. The company information on the site now states Shanghai Amazing International Trading Co., Ltd. On Tradekey, Huazhong is listed as Tony Frank contact and Shanghai Amazing is listed as James Luo contact. BOTH companies are actively trading on your site, even though there is clear scam and fraud going on here. Tony Frank on Tradekey is now trying to tell me that someone "stole his information" from Tradekey and used it to scam people. I do not believe this. If this was true, then that person would have been able to HACK INTO YOUR SITE and change the contact information on Huazhong's contact page. I checked his page over and over again. I even remember the day it went from 1000 pts to 990 pts and I wondered what had happened. I do not believe that your site would be that unsecure. Would it? Tony Frank took my money and did NOT ship the product. I have filed a police report in Fujian city, through my co-worker/agent. I am in the process of trying to get a copy of the identification card from Western Union in Fujian. In the last couple of days, I have received more offers. I have done research on every company that I got an offer from and guess what??? EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS A SCAMMER.... Yuanda Interna Trading Co., Ltd (website xkaida.com) Notice website is SAME and they own 107 domains (this one created November 2009) Pioneers International Trade Co., Ltd (website 365biz.com) Website was SAME, but is already down and replaced with a new site, which is also already down (www.pioneers-trade.com). They own 256 domains. After I emailed them this morning and asked why they had so many sites, www.pioneers-trade.com went down. Xiamen Goodcom Technology Co., Ltd. (website shun321.com) Website is SAME. etc... etc... etc... When I first found Tradekey I was so happy to find a site that listed "legitimate sellers". So far, all of the sellers I've dealt with except for Starmaxasia.com, have been frauds. I have been taken for just about $1000 and I know many others have been taken for MUCH MUCH more. after paying $450.00 USD this company formerly known as Huazhong International Co., Ltd change it's company name and contact person and never responded to emails. TRADEKEY > you better fix this..
