Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

After I TT the advance I visit Shanghai.The company promise pick me up on airport and take to the factory and office before loading container.On air port no body pick me up.The seler Jake e-mail to me that the order is canseled and will TT my advance back to my ACC. Till today not get back my advance.The comapny SHANGHAI HENGTONG LTD change name now and address and have new website:http://www.htchemical.net and http://deyuanchemical.com .Please check information which I finded 2 months ago under web site :Before the www was : www.hengtongchem.net
