Shanghai Dowell Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. (Dowell) is a Chinese owned and operated company with facilities in Shanghai, Beijing and Changzhou. The company head office is in Shanghai in the Shanghai Free Zone and there is a sales office in Beijing. There is another sales office in Changzhou, which is also the site of the company’s manufacturing and warehousing and logistics facilities.

The company consists of two main divisions: EV & PV. The first is the manufacture and sales of charging equipment for use by both hybrid and electric vehicles. The second is the manufacture and sales of PV equipment, with the emphasis on the energy storage sector.
