Report for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Attached I send you bank slip for order deposit, amount is 4200USD, correspondence in word file where we arranged order and confirmed it with vendor and proforma for this order.
Briefly the situation is as follows:
4th Feb 2013 we got proforma
6th Feb 2013 paid deposit
then vendor confirmed order was in process
On May they asked to wait with shipment as their office moved from from puxi to lujiazui of puding.
Last month all my mails and calls remains without reply. Back connection at their Chinese web-site http://www.fujiawang.com/ replied a week ago that with our order occured problems as 2 factories arised priced a lot and Angela doesn't want to charge us.
