I have paid for goods and have not received them according to supplier they were detained by customs. There is no information on the tracking number the supplier gave me. I have asked for the information to verify this and the supplier has made up an excuse not to give me the information. Then when I asked for them to just to be resent they advised they could not resend because they did not get insurance and could not bear cost. I then asked why the insurance was not offered to me. No answer.They advised they will not offer me a refund.

This seller asked me to send Western Union for the purchase of goods and I said no. This is his response which is not only derogatory but also threathnening.
