Review for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We did business with this man before. Never any issues. We sent payment and tracked package to US customs. Seller refuses to do anything. We assumed merchandise was authentic but telephone call with USPS tells us items have been seized by US customs because they are counterfeit. We have never had this happen before and want our money back. We will not do business with a company that sells counterfeit items. Seller in his last message claims items are counterfeit and us customs declares them to be counterfeit.
