Shangyu Ican Leisure Products Co., Ltd constructs company organization under general manager responsibility system with Production department, Marketing department, R&D department, QA department and Procurement department. Finacial department controlled by TWT Group directly. Each department sets up one manager being responsible to general manager directly.

The TWT industrial park occupy 90,000sq meters with building 112,000sq meters. Here are 22 standard buildings with same 3 storeys. First storey height is 4.8 meters, second and third storey 4.2 meters same; span from 24 to 32 meters. Here are 3 buildings with 6 storeys which could contain more than 2000 persons to live. And now some buildings is left unused to waiting for bigger order procedure.

In factory most of workers are from Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Anhui Province. TWT apply uniform management to them concernning board and lodging, free charge of lunch and lodging to keep the continuity and stability with some welfare measurement. We are trying to create better working environment and company culture to give them more opportunity.

And now most of our products sales to European countries such as Germany, France, Greece, Belgium, Holland, Spain and Italy and main products are wicker sofa set, wicker single chairs and some textiliene items.
