Remark for Fraudulant Activity Associated with Company

After contacting this company I received an email from a "Sha Wu" offering me 20 Wii Remotes and Nunchucks for $169.9 USD.
What I received was 1 Game controller for the PC.
Paypal are not interested in refunding and the company states it was not them who contacted me.
Im unsure if it was the company or if the company its self is innocent to the fraud.
