I ordered PS3 and Nintendo items worth $900 and they sent me two fakes iPhones and one fake Rolex. I emailed them and got no response

Ive been dealing with abby richter, who has scammed me of $300 dollars he had not sent me my 10 solar lights but instead a fake i-phone!
first i was told ems made a mistake then he gave me a wrong track number, and have not heard from since.
i want my money back!
