Have been dealing with Rain Wang from Bonroad to try and resolve warranty claim. See attached copy of initial email detailing unit problem and today we are still trying to establish what to do with the unit for a warranty claim - see information below!.
Unit failed upon supply (smoke from unit when powered up) and unit returned. Supplier checked unit & stated unit was not faulty. Returned unit installed in car and within a few months unit had many faults and is now no longer useful. Attempted to resolve problem with supplier and time to resolve problem was very long and unacceptable. Would certainly not recommend this supplier as obviously they are not able to fully support their products.
Dealing with an overseas supplier has now made me think again about buying products offshore.
Considering size of company this type of service is very poor and they also seem to have limited technical or after sales support for English speaking customers.
