. I paid 187.00usd +30 usd for nokia n96 16GB, made in Finland, after sent Money through bank , I sent him more than five mails, but he didin't reply. and he didint send Mobile phone, I"m very sad, because this is my first business through this site. I want my Money back, can some one help me.

I have payed this person by paypal and he has never sent me the tracking number or the goods. I asked him, why he has never sent me, he said that his paypal account is frozen.
When, i tell him to return the money, he is not returning or not responding my messages.
He is fraudulence user. His name Jack Lee. I have order 2 phone which were Original i phone 3g with 16gb and nokia n96 phone. I have paid him through paypal since Oct 31st.
