Application
IVS Hose Volumetric Expansion/Transfiguration Test Stand is designed for volumetric expansion/ transfiguration test for hoses & tubing. These series test stands have been proven by many hose/tubing makers, Quality Supervision Department, and institutes.

1. Fully automatic operation controlled by PC + PLC. Smart data acquisition support real-time display of pressure values, flow and time. All data saved to hard disc for further analysis. Test graphics can be print out, compatible with Microsoft Office Software.
2. All high pressure pumps, valves, tubing and fittings made in USA with 316ss applied with high quality and most medium applicable.
3. High test precision, data capture accurate and convenient.

Features:
PC control outer hydraulic test stand is designed for cylinder static test and configured with three parts: controlling system, controlling cupboard, specimen cage. Stainless metal tubing connection. The controlling cupboard is the core parts, the upper controlling system , the middle is comprised of key components such as imported solenoid valve, unload valve, and the below pressure system consisting of imported high pressure pump and air source ports. the volumetric expansion can be judged by observing fluid level displayed by the graduate with scale mounted on the specimen cage ( also can judge by weighing machine).
