To whom it may concern, My company has recently known a supplier in China from the Canton Fair, specifically Shenzhen Lapin Lighting Technology Co., Ltd . Upon inspection of this company\'s products at the fair and through their introduction, we decided to place a trial order from them. Such trial order was placed and confirmed with signature on 2nd February. The company was supposed to deliver the goods during mid March yet when I contacted them, they requested for an extension till the end of March, which my company had generously given to them. However, at the end of March when I contacted the company, and I was informed that the order was not yet done and they asked for another 20 days. After discussion, my company decided to give them one last chance. Upon replying their request, I made myself very clear in the mail that this is our last opportunity to them and if after 20 days they are still not able to deliver the order, we will cancel the order and demand a refund of the deposit. The agent from the company replied to me that he understood. This 20 days extension was confirmed on 30th March. However, on 21st April (which had already passed the extension timeline, 20th April), I had to initiatively contact the factory to check on the order and I was once again informed that the order was not yet done. In fact, none of the models I placed was done. Not one of them. I was very unhappy with such company\'s insincere and dishonest co-operation. And I meant my words to request for the deposit made back. Such request has been refused by the factory and they are insisting us on making payment of the balance to them.
