Opinion for Very untrustworthy

This company delivered me products in the beginning of 2009, which all failed upon arrival. Ultimately in /april the company agreed to refund the money I paid. After many emails hin and forth, up to this day, I did not receive any refund.
I send all the correspondence I had with the company to TRADEKEY. As far as I know no action was taken and Mingjia still owes me the money they promissed to pay in April 2009
