Firstly, we are very frustrated the way your company treated us. Our client is very disappointed and our relationship with our client has been greatly affected due to these defective shipment. We have loss a potential client for earphone business because of the defective. This is a valued client who have been dealing with us for many years. Our client has paid 2000 pcs and need to get goods that work properly. This is your company job to deliver quality that works. We have not even calculated the potential loss of business from this client because of these defective goods. Which we have the right to claim the losses from your company. We have been extremely kind to your company by not claiming penalty & compensation for losses of potential business. Miss.Ellen, maybe you are new to Prosong and may not have the full correct story. When we first bought attention to your company about the defective earphones, we told them that the client will send back the shipment for replacement. Your company said no need to send back the whole shipment but send back about 10 random samples for testing. If your company tested them to be defective, then your company will take full responsibility and replace the whole shipment. This was the promise made by your boss. So, we trusted your company\\\\\\\'s suggestion. Your company received the 10 Random samples and your company tested them. By this time Leo has taken over the case because Bella left your company. Your company confirmed to us through Leo that they were all defective because one of your components suppliers have supplied defective component. Therefore your company has used this defective component in assembling the 2000 earphones. Your company admitted that it was their fault for using defective component. Then your company broke the promise. Your company ask us to pay additional US$2,150.00 for replacement of 2,000pcs. Your company supplied the defective earphones and asking us again to pay for replacement. WHAT A RIDICOLOUS SUGGESTION?? WE HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH STUPIDITY IN OUR 20 YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS IN CHINA. This already shows that your company doesn\\\\\\\'t have the intention to solve this matter. Morever, your company even stop replying to our emails. We have send so many emails to Leo for more than 1 month but never got any reply from him. I spoke to him by phone yesterday and claims non-receipt of emails. This is 100% lie. I have been sending emails to Leo using the same email address. How come he can receive my email (after I spoke by phone) which I send yesterday. Why Leo telling lies that he never receive my previous emails. This type of behavior from your company is unethical and unprofesional.
