My name is Kingsley Ekanem a small business owner, whom, because of the global recession, decided to try the foreign market in search of manufacturers to improve my financial status and to have a positive effect, as little as it may, to both parties, state economy. I stumbled upon two Chinese online Trading Companies, while using the Google search engine, ALIBABA.COM and TRADEKEY.COM, My aim was to buy and sell, and i eventually found a supplier from China, for Clothing, from Alibaba, which after we got in to an agreement, the money was sent to them through Western Union and everything went smoothly and i recieved my goods in less than a week of payment. When i found another supplier from Trade key i expected the transactions to go as smoothly as the first transaction with MYFGMTRADE.COM from Alibaba and it did for some time. I sent enquiries for electronic products to a few companies and i accepted to recieve offers from other companies in China, after reviewing the emails i replied to this particular email with the address, QIFANG TRADING COMPANY([email protected]), we sent emails back and forth,and agreed on prices for 5pcs 32" Sharp Aquos Tv, 5pcs Nintendo DSi, 1pc Xbox 360 Elite, 1pc Sony PS3 (80G) he also sent me a link www.365daysell.com, to his website so i had no reason to doubt him, i tried to call his telephone number i had on my email, bu t wasn't going through, so i sent him an email and said i needed to speak with him before i send the money for payment, he sent me another telephone number, 086 134549 51136, i spoke to him a couple of times and he seemed genuine, he promised everything would be ok and he will send me a tracking number as soon as he recieves the payment, after speaking with him a couple more times i saw no reason to doubt him and because i had sent money to the company from Alibaba before. He sent me payment details as, First Name: ZHILIN, Last Name, ZHANG I went to Western Union on two occassions to send money, the first payment was $750us(7/7/2009) and the second payment was $250us(7/8/2009). After making payments, i emailed and gave him the MTCN (control number), he replied and confirmed receipt of both payments and sent me the tracking numbers. When the shipment arrived, to my amazement it was a tiny box and when i opened the box, it contained 2pcs USB Drivers worth $20. thats when i panicked and started making calls to China, on the Airway bill from the first box, the sender left a number and when i called the number a Chinese lady answered the phone, said she didn't speak english and proceeded to laugh at me. Till date i still haven't recieved my goods or my $1000

I have been dealing with Tony Yang since the 05.05.09. I ordered 5 Apple Iphones. I was sent a parcel but it only contained 1 USB key. I contacted Tony via email to ask for an explaination on the 18.05.09. I was advised that this will be investigated and i will recevied a response soon. 2 more emails later and i finally got another response this morning from Tony advising We are still waiting response from delivery department. Dear Sirs. We got an dispute with this company. They did not send the products after payment. They first claimed they had not got the money, then they had not got the right amount, but the receipt clearly shows that the right amount have been transfered. See attachment. We got a tracking number, but this looks like they just wanted to get more time. This shipment never went to Norway as it should. Cleary fraud. Supend this company from your site.
