I started emailing John and was interested in buying from his company. I picked a Apple laptop a Macbook air to buy as a sample. I arranged payment with John by a wire transfer from my bank to his. I sent the money and sent a copy of the wire to John. I did not hear from him for three days, after sending email after email I called him. I was asked to call back in 1 hour so that he could check our payment. I called back in 1 hour and no one answered the phone. I since have gotten a email stating that the laptop is held in customs. I need to get my money back or get the laptop. I have not heard from John Tang in two days and I don't know what is going on.

i have had a deal with john and i have sent numerous emails checking if he has sent the goods i have bought but i have sent the money and he stopped emailing me and its like he ran away i would like to stop these people from harming any more companies like myself and that hy shouldn't be able to register another account or company

On 04 September 2008 I sent a payment by bank transfer for one sample item. My bank confirms that the payment has been made. The last email that I have had from this company is 17 September 2008 when Eric (from the company) told me "my finance man will check it soon ." (meaning check to see if the payment has arrived). He has not answered any of my emails since then.

I wired money to SMG and all communications stopped. There was no product sent and SMG will not return any communcations I have sent. This is THEFT and FRAUD. I want them to pay for this.... Please let me know what you will do to them and their site on TradeKey. Surely you will take them off and defend me and others like me. I am a victim of CRIME. I can provide documents to prove this. mr john tang alias panfeng hu is not a realy resseler. He have said me he have some phones to sell me i payed by western union and in fact, mr john disappears whith my money. He explain me is stock is empty, he can send me my order and when i request report my money he diseaper. Im going to declare this men at the police in Shenzhen Because i have ih address.
