Shijiazhuang Xinzhuangyi Chemical Trade Co., Ltd reviews

I have been cheated by the company : Shijiazhuang Green Wood Paper Products Co., Ltd. I have ordered as commission agent, on behalf of one of my Cyprus clients a 40'container of 80grs/m2 copier paper. I have agreed with this supplier, (Shijiazhuang Green Wood Paper Products Co., Ltd.) that immediately after the full payment of their invoice, the amount of euro 1307.00 will be paid to our company as our commission. From the day they got the full payment they stopped respond to our e-mails and phone calls. On the other hand, the paper which they have sent, and we have received, 9600 reams but with 250 sheets each instead of 500 sheets. This is a big fraud!!! Instead of 9600 reams of 500 sheets per ream, they sent 9600 reams BUT WITH ONLY 250 sheets each. They have sent exactly the half quantity. We are really disappointed because such people/companies are within B2B marketplaces (tradekey, made-in-china, EC21 and others) even as"GOLD MEMBERS". It is a big shame!!! I am ready to send you copy of all my correspondence with these people and evidences to prove my position. I demand from them immediate payment of : 1) my commission of euro 1307.= 2) Euros 8640.= which is the 1/2 of their invoice as they sent ONLY THE 1/2 QUANTITY plus 3) Euros 1292.= which is the VAT paid for the missing quantity: (15% X 8640.=1292 euros)
