Reaction for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

THIS COMPANY GAVE EVERY PROMISE UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THE ADVANCE PAYMENT FROM US . AT FIRST THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER THE GOODS IN 20 DAYS BEFORE CHINESE NEW YEAR BUT THEY DIDNT DELIVER.20 DAYS PLUS 2 WEEKS OF CHINESE NEW YEAR PASSED AND THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER FOLLOWING WEEK AFTER HOLIDAY.THEY DIDNT DELIVER AGAIN.NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THAT THEY NEED 40 DAYS MORE TO COMPLETE THE GOODS !!!!
WE ASKED RETURN OF OUR PAYMENT AND THEY TOLD US THEY PAID THE MONEY TO THEIR SUPPLIER AND THEY CANT GET IT BACK LIKE THIS IS OUR FAULT. AND THEY CAN SEND US ONLY HALF OF IT . ISNT THIS STEALING , CHEATING AND LYING ?!!!
THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE COMPANY , THEY TELL YOU EVERYTHING UNTIL THEY TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOU AFTERWARDS THEY DONT COMPLETE ANY PROMISES THEY MAKE. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DONT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
AND I\\\'LL DO EVERYTHING I CAN IF THEY DONT REFUND MY MONEY AND I WONT STOP UNTIL I FINISH THEIR WHOLE REPUTATION.
P.S:THE REASON I ERASED THE COMPANY NAMES IN SWIFT IS I DONT WANT TO SHOW MY COMPANY NAME AND WE PAID THE MOENY TO IMP&EXP. CO .
