We would like to introduce ourselves as International Trade Linkers (BUYING & SELLING) of Ferrous Metal Scrap Iron Scrap (HMS 1 & 2 and Used Rails.)

We can offer (Minimum 30,000 X 12 Metric Tons OR More) HMS “1 & 2” & Used Rail. Please let me know required Material, Quantity, Target Price & destination port. LOI and BCL are required to get seller’s FCO/Contract. We would like to perform as your mandate. We would be glad, if you give us an opportunity to serve you.

All Prices CIF (Cargo, Insurance, Freight) Any Safe World Port ( Minimum 1 Year Contract)
The prices are without any commission for you. If you want to get your commission, you must add to our price (Maximum USD 2)
No chain agents please. One agent who knows a direct buyer is ok.
Prices are for each contract subject to change based on market conditions. We do not get long term protection on the prices.

USED RAIL CIF ASWP for 30,000 MT (12 month contract). The origin is Ukrainian. The buyer must provide an LOI and BCL to proceed forward; and the seller is permitting a yard visit after the contract and before the L/C is opened (check the procedures in the sample FCO). However, consider the sample FCO to be true and accurate, and the sample FCO provided will be the actual FCO once the transaction moves forward.

The desired, favored payment term will be an Irrevocable, Transferable Letter of Credit (check the procedures in the attached document above).
