Customization time takes about 3 weeks from purchase date and this includes purchasing the base shoe from retailer, time to customize and then shipping timeframe. We have shipped to mulitple international locations such as Germany, France, England, Italy and Spain just to name a few and have also provided droshipping for some of our customers as well.
