Ticket ID IPU 534710 Kamboi Enterprise,LLC paid $24,300( Twenty four thousand, three hundred) US dollars to Shanghai Initiative ConstructionMachinery Co. Ltd. represented by Gary He for a 966 C Caterpillar, 2004 Model and for two spare tires. What was supplied was a scrapped Caterpillar that was non functional and was an older model 1986. Pictured had initially been uploaded and sent. Machine was is rejected by buyer and still sits at the dock in Conakry, Guinea. Supplier refused to accept buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s calls and email and buyer is now stock with the equipment. Buyer needs refund of money.
