SPL was founded in 2003, alongside with the uprising market economy wave in China, coming to the fore as a new dynamic player in the international energy trading field. Making good use of the existing geographical and infrastructural advantages available in Qingdao, and with RELIANCE ON ENERGY PRODUCTS & ADHERENCE TO INITIATIVES AND DEVEOPMENT SPIRIT as our guidelines, we have made enormous progress since the establishment, in pursuing standardized development, in optimizing our management system, in standardizing transaction procedures, and in building a professional team which is able to provide professional services to our different partners.
