I have ordered from Starmax three times.
The first order was for (6) Nintendo DS Lites and some games. There was a minor misunderstanding with the order, regarding what I thought I was getting for games vs. what I got, but Starmax quickly resolved the problem.
The second order was for (4) R4 Revolution cards with games (that I was supposed to get in the first order). I was given a discount for the games (70+ games).
The third order was for 50 R4 Revolution cards with games (20 ea).
The manager, Robert, has always been quick to respond to my emails and questions. I feel that he goes above and beyond the call of duty.
All three shipments were made by DHL (at my cost) and arrived in just a couple of days.
Starmax accepted Paypal with a 5% adder to the final price.
