Procedures:
xxxxx Buyer sends ICPO
2.Seller issues a draft contract which will be accepted and signed electronically by both parties. The electronically exchanged copies will be legally binding until the hard copies are exchanged.
3.Within 3 international banking days Seller’s bank provides POP to the Seller’s bank. After received clearance of Buyer’s Bank Draft
4.Delivery commence as per the Contract.
POP Documents : The Seller will provide the following documents as POP:
●Copy of Approval to export issued Ministry of Energy.
●Copy of the Export Permit from the Ministry of Finance.
●Copy of Statement of Availability of the product.
●Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product.
●Copy of the Contract for storage & loading the product at the loading port.
●Seller’s certificate bearing: Allocation/Resource number, Reference number of POP, Authority number, name of loading port and a contract number.
