We take the liberty to encroach your valuable time to inform you that, we are a Public Limited Company engaged in the manufacturing of Aluminium Extrusions / Profiles, Aluminium IPS Tubes, Auto Components, Aluminium Solar Profiles(see attachment), Non Ferrous Alloys (LM- 24, LM-6, ADC-12 & ADC-04 etc), Aluminium Ladder profile, Aluminium Busbars, Architectural & Transport Systems, as per customer requirements.

Capacity - Extrusion

The present annual capacity of the Plant is 25000 M.T. per annum and is equipped with Schlomann Siemag Extrusion Press of 1650 & also 900 Tons with all other allied equipments and we have had added another three Extrusion presses having capacity of 1650 Tns, 1450 Tons & 900 Tns (totalling to 5 Extrusions Presses). We are also adding two bigger size presses. We are also having all other Allied Equipment like Billet Making Shop, Own Tool & Die Room and Quality Assurance Lab with Spectrometer of Jarrel Ash, U.S.A. and other latest testing equipments.



Technology

The Company has a team of qualified and experienced Engineers and many of them have been trained abroad at Reynolds (Europe) Ltd, a world renowned Aluminum Company. We are keeping our technology updated by having frequent interactions with international extruders & also participating in Extrusion Technology Seminars being organized by American Extrusion Council.

We have pleasure in informing you that we have received Awards for The Competition����¯�¿�½������¢������¯������¿������½������¯������¿������½s first place Industrial winner in the Professional Category of the International Aluminium Extrusion Design Competition from Extrusion Technology (ET 2004) for Aluminium Profiles Foundation for end-cap for uranium rod holders used inside nuclear reactors held at Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. in the year 2004 ����¯�¿�½������¢������¯������¿������½������¯������¿������½ 2005 and also in the year 2005 ����¯�¿�½������¢������¯������¿������½������¯������¿������½ 2006 for design of the Totem Sit-Stand Leg.
