Moom guaranteed me that if the phones were not real I would receive 100% money back. As soon as I recieved the first order and the phone that I received was used and a China replica. I spoke with Moom via instant chat and requested my money back for that phone and to refund my 700.00 and cancel the 2nd order. From that point on Moom will not return any emails or chats. Filed a complaint wth the Hong Kong police dept and with Paypal but paypal let them keep the money just because they provided a tracking number for both shipments. I am out a lot of money which I really need now.

This is an absolute cheating. I paid $822.16 for 4 original devices, Apple iPad 64GB, 3GB with their 4 pieces of Desk Stands.

This company emailed me a person called 'Moom' said items genuine my contact in China said they are selling replicas and then i find out the tracking number they sent me is wrong , i have had this before i will inform TRADEKEY they are Fraudsters
