Report for Re: Orders I placed with them

I purchased to seperate orders from this supplier for Apple Iphones and my customers received wallets. They told me from the start not to worry that these were 100% authentic phones. I chose them because they were one of the few that accpeted Pay Pal.
My customers are very angry and are demading thier money back. I believe I was mislead from the start from this supplier.

Review for Reporting this seller/supplier as fraud

I come to deal with this supplier and ended up ordering a sample. I asked for an invoice and what I got is a piece of crap especially from someone claiming "Our company has these advantages as below. Firstly, we own quite strong economic power and excellent services. Secondly, we can supply high-quality products for all wholesalers at reasonable prices....".
How can a company with such characteristics cannot even make a decent invoice?
Please see attached proform invoice sent by seller/supplier.
The invoice is in excel sheet and I made a snap of it and pasted onto a *.doc file to be uploaded.
Moreso, I tried calling the number written on the invoice during office hours China time and nobody answers, its forwarded then no rings.
Please take immediate action on suspending this seller/supplier account to avoid more fraud victims.
