Observation for Bad Product

I recently did business with this company and was very disappointed. They stated that the hair that I was purchasing
was human hair when in fact it was synthetic.I tried to reason with this company. After writing several emails I knew they weren't going to resolve anything . Not only was the product synthetic it aws contaminated with blue dye. So be warned when dealing with this supplier.
