After 4 months of being told every excuse under the sun as to why my products haven\\\\\\\'t been produced , they finally produced products that were not as per my order & agreed by me , colours were different , completely different configuration, and did not follow instructions as to the requirements in which I paid extra for and was on invoice , eg modifications they said they could perform. I\\\\\\\'m absolutely discussed as now I have been told unless I pay the other 50% they will not send any products . I have all e mails to confirm this claim ( and can send through ) I have lost Over $5226 usd & would like to see them removed from your site and not wish this Esperance to anyone.
