hello my name is Marcos Lamazares from the company New Hope Trading Coorp.On 6-10-2010 we placed an order to Supersale123.com.this order contained;28 perfumes and 2 ipod touches,for the value of $400,which i payed via Western union,to the reciever "Junying Liu",with the MTCN:5784592336.the money was picked up by that person.2 days later when i had contact with them they told me that my order was sent,and they gave me a trck number,when we tried to track we relized that this number didnt exsit.we contacted the company so they could explain to us what was happening.They told us that they couldnt send the order because it couldnt enter the USA,we responded to them no that we didnt want to do business with them and to give us our money back.They said that they couldnt send us our money back,and told us to make a larger order which we did for the value of $1150,which were 39 items,we then sent the remainding balance $750 USD,via wester union with the MTCM:5574988969,it was sent to "Shuhua huang".They sent us a new tracking number, on 6-30-2010 we recieved the order which contained 3 MP4 players,which we never ordered,now we are trying to recieve an explanation from them,& they dont respond.the name of the person that we deal with is MR.CHUNZHAO ZHANG.wqe have all the chats,emails,western union receipt that prove our transaction,telephone,fax,Exc.We want to call your atention so you can help use,we want you to enforce that company so they can do their duty
