Spring Steel: This steel is used for manufacturing various types of springs and components for suspension mechanism in Automobiles and Railways. Springs are in the form of Leaf spring made out of flat bars or coil spring made out of round bars. Stabiliser bars/anti-roll bars and torsion bars for automobiles can also be manufactured out of our round bars.

Alloy Steel: This steel contains various alloying elements like chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, manganese, silicon, boron etc. depending upon the end usage. Addition of alloys helps in improving mechanical properties such as impact, hardness, tensile strength, yield stress etc. Our steel has diverse applications in manufacture of components for automobiles like crank shafts, piston rods, steering components, axles, gears and high resistance screws.

Free Cutting Steel: This steel is manfactured with special additon of Sulphur for improving the machinability fo the bars used for mass production of components in automats and CNC machines. It is extensively used for making engine shafts, connecting rods, spindles, gears, fasteners, hydraulic hose end fittings etc.
Grades : EN1A, EN1A-LEADED(12L14), EN7, EN8M, EN15AM as per BS 970 AISI1117, AISI1137, AISI1146 as per SAE 1976
Ball Bearing Steel: Steel containing carbon around 1% and chromium around 1.5% achieves excellent hardness and fatigue properties after suitable heat treatment and is used for manufacture of all types of anti-friction bearings.
