Syltrad Company Ltd (Thailand) Headquarters
Company Information
Syltrad (Thailand) Company Limited specialises in marketing Thai products internationally. Working closely with suppliers, it is retained by Thai manufacturers and growers, to manage all aspects of their export activity in its entirety.A major current initiative involves coffee. High quality organic Arabica coffee beans are now available from Thailand. In the northern part of the country lies a region where elevation above sea-level, climate and rich soils combine to provide absolutely ideal growing conditions for Arabica coffee. The coffee trees are wild-crafted into rain-forest at an elevation of 800-1200 metres. Indigenous trees provide protection from sun and wind, and this provides a longer ripening season which imparts flavour and character into the coffee beans. The richness of the soil imparts further character. No chemicals or pesticides are used in the process, and the whole process replicates the natural cycle of the rain-forest. Wild-crafting does not damage the environment or ecosystem in any way, and by mixing coffee trees into indigenous forest, prevents much of the insect damage associated with mono-culture. Harvesting of the ripe coffee cherries is done by hand, and indeed manual labour is practiced wherever possible ensuring that experienced people steeped in coffee cultivation, make critical decisions at every stage in the process. The farm represented is family owned and all involved are passionate about coffee and very proud of their product.
Coffee is available as green beans for bulk supply to importers and roasting companies, and supplied in 50 kg sacks. In-house facilities include roasting and packing, consequently roasted products are available as a Thai brand packed for retail sale, or alternatively beans can be roasted to a given profile within an O.E.M. or Private label arrangement.
Enquiries are invited from:
Green coffee bean importers.
Coffee roasting companies.
Food & Beverage Retailers/Wholesalers.
O.E.M. or Private label customers.
The object in every case is to develop long-term and fruitful business relationships by offering top quality coffee products and impeccable customer service.
