Ticket ID: MYO-288334 I have reported the same fraud from KWK Trading Enterprise profile -Name of person you dealt with Mr. Ibrahim Musa, who claimed to be the Sales Manager and Ms. Constances, who claimed to be the owner’s daughter -How long it took to complete the transaction, amount of transaction, quality of the products etc. They didn’t send anything to me after payment was made. -A brief description of the events that transpired. I contacted KWK OSTRICH FARM/ tabangostrich trade via TradeKey.com and received responses from them. These two companies turned out to be the same based on the contact information. She claimed to be the owner’s eldest daughter and in charge of export (See in attachment 1); Mr.Ibrahim Musa (email address [email protected]), he claimed to be the Sales Manager. Their Skype ID is isaac.musa4 and bago.micheal. I confirmed their identifies by sending email to the email address [email protected] on their website: www.kwkostrichfarm.org and got response. After some email negotiations with Ms Constance using email [email protected], they sent me an invoice (See attachment ) for 5kg sample ostrich feathers. In order to confirm the company’s identity, I asked them to email me their registration information. Her Sales Manager Mr.Ibrahim Musa replied with the copies of their registration information (See Attachment ). I paid them by Western Union (See attachment , which can only be picked up by the test answers provided by me) as instructed on the Proforma Invoice. Once they received my payment, they told me they need to pay for more certificates and my payment cannot cover the certificate costs of $520 and asked me to increase my order quantity to 80kg in order to get free certificates. We realized this is a fraud trick. We decided not to increase the order quantity and asked for refund. They didn’t reply my email anymore. As an ostrich feathers exporter, they should know all procedures and required documents for export in advance. They asked us to increase order quantity, or pay extra for the certificates. Apparently these are the usual fraud tricks. P.S. the picture of Ms. Constance on Skype just changed from a female to a male now. Apparently this is a fraud.
