Inheriting the success of parent company ,TAIHAN ELECTRIC WIRE CO., LTD (KOREA) was set up more than 60 years, in many countries all over the world. TCV was established, which has marked a new step to keep pace with development of Vietnam in telecommunicationsï¿½andï¿½power cable industry.

Be equipped from European modern production lines, the first TCV products of wire and low voltage cable including bare conductor, PVC/XLPE insulation cable, control cable, underground cable and building wire and medium voltage XLPE insulated power cable up to 66KVï¿½have been launched since July 2007.ï¿½

At the beginning of 2008, the extra high voltage insulated cable up to 220 KV will be produced at the first time in Long Thanh - Dong Nai Province , Vietnam. This will have helped the industry of Vietnamese electric cable to develop very quickly and strongly and will have moved toward to replace the imported cables, which have the same types and functions.

We has started our business in Vietnam from 2006 with the investment US$40 millions. Our factory locates on area 150.000m2 at Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai province. TAIHAN CABLE VINA manufactures mainly Low/Medium/High Voltage power cables, telephone cables, OPGW. Our target is to become the leading cable company in ASEAN. Manufacturing process
The Power cable factory is equipped the modernist auto controled manufacturing machinesï¿½imported from Europe, CCV Line Nokiaï¿½Maillefer , Fin Land.ï¿½ This technology offers the best possibility for Power cables to meet the extremely tough technical and quality cable specifications very well following International standards.

ï¿½Our CCV (Catenary Continuous Vulcanize) line makes the XLPE (Cross linked Polyethylene insulation to be accurately and no eccentricity.
CDCC (Completely Dry Curing and Cooling) process invented by Nokia,Maillefer Machinery is applied for optimal heat transfer in high curing performance.

ï¿½The Autocure control system plays a key role in simulation, monitoring and controlling of the curing process. NCC curing calculation program takes the guesswork out of determining the process parameters for a particular cable construction.
Management system

With the basic value of the corporation management placed on human centered administration, TCV has been providing immense possibility for its employees as an open enterprise under the motto that competitiveness depends on its capable human resources. Therefore, the Management by Objectives (MBO) has been applying for management system.
Quality policy
Quality has always been the companys matter of great interest. Therefore, in order to enhance the reliability of products, all stages in manufacturing process from raw material to finished products have been controlled through the Quality Management, small group activity, suggestion system and standardization activity. Consequently, the quality of TSCs products are authenticated by international standards such as IEC, JIS, KS, UL, ANSI etc. and passed the type test by QUARCERT 3. Furthermore, the ISO 9001:2000 certificates issued by DNV Certification B.V., The Netherlands to TSC for communication cables in 2006 and for power cables in 2007 prove the international recognition of high quality.
