I ordered from this company Dell alienware laptop I made bank transfer payment on 21 st april after 7 days when I tried to communicate with supplier he don't responded to my emails. [email protected] this was from which he comunicate with me. He also showed me company profile in tradekey. And he argumented that he is goldkey gold member. Now I have lost 1520 USD. And now I would like to know how to get back them.

one again another scamm on tradekey from a gold member supplie. I think you realy need to check before give to some person an icon of gold member supplier
that is ridicule, is my second complaint with a tradekey gold member supplier.
tradekey need to protect a little bit more at buyesr and not just got money from "GOLD MERMBER MEMBERSHIP"

I spoke to Mr. David Vince through Tradekey cant to make sure that a person name Li Christain worked for him and he told me that yes she said and I verify the person that I needed to send the money and he told me yes this was the correct person, but after I send the money nor he or li Christian has responded to my request and U thought because he was a Gold Member that I could trust him, but I guess I was wrong.

I have tried on many occassions to contact supplier I have tried the email and the chat link on the website the person asked for all the detail than wrote bullshit and will not responed to my request, I have only attached three pages of the communication, there is nine pages in total Now he will not talk to me in the online chat, if you could get back to me as soon as possible thank you

taixuan co., ltd is a scammer,
1) He send me a price list and add me to MSN
2) when i ask about payment, he call me use western union send money to him.
3) When I success transfer money to him, he say the products will arrive between 7 days.
4) After 7 days, he say he just come back from outstation, forget ship the products to me.
5) Then I need to wait another 7days, He keep call me make order with him and say give me a discount.
6) When i ask for tracking number, he give me the tracking number is not result. then he say will check with shipment company.
7) Now I cannot see him on MSN and i send a lot of email to him, he also no reply.
8) Hope tradekey can ban this company.

This web site is a scam. He leads you on thinking your going to get a great price on new products. If you pay him for products, he will gladly take your money but he will not send any products. He will even go through the trouble of sending fake tracking numbers, so it takes longer to figure out he is scamming you. If you pay this person/site for any products, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!
